Manuel Goldring switches seats whenever he isn't in his gaming chair. This one is on the open highway. Bicycling is another of his early pastimes. Through the age of eight, he started riding a cheap box-store bike around the suburbs. He now rides a top-of-the-line Cannondale. His bike, though, isn't the only thing he's improved. When Manuel Goldring hits the pavement these days, he pushes for lengthier walks that allow me to take in the scenery. He attempts to bike at least once a week, even when time is tight.

But it isn't all fun and games. It's not all fun and games for Manuel Goldring since he recognizes the necessity of prioritizing personal well-being. He devotes the same amount of time and effort to his profession. Despite earning undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, he has now changed jobs. He's now studying for his IT credentials. This area is much more in line with his other hobbies, which he values. Manuel Goldring remembers being the ""go-to"" when anything needed to be mended or put together even as a youngster. This behavior persisted until adulthood. He builds every gaming PC he uses from the ground up. He is always seeking for the newest technical breakthroughs and devices to assist him as a parent. Smart monitors and learning gadgets that help his kid grow are appealing to him.

Manuel Goldring will keep putting forth the effort. But it won't only be about the money. He has no intention of pursuing the next promotion. He will only grind for personal gain. Family, health, and his interests will always come first. Happiness is the most essential full-time job, beyond anything else.
